Physical Therapy.
Measure what matters.

Physical therapists routinely record functional performance and joint motion. MedMeters is designed to turn those familiar assessments into reviewable, comparable numeric records without replacing clinical judgment.

Product concept and validation roadmap. No MedMeters measurements are clinically available yet.

Start with repeated lower-extremity function assessments. The product hypothesis: clinician-reviewed camera counting and timing, comparable visit history and a ready-to-file report can reduce manual documentation. Actual scoring accuracy and time savings are still to be validated.

What clinicians gain

Numbers linked to a known clinical question.

Outpatient PT · Rehabilitation clinics. The exact protocol, test equipment and camera requirements matter more than a generic AI movement score.

Standard test selection with guided setup
Consistent baseline and follow-up measurements
Report and structured result for the patient chart
Proposed protocol library

Concrete assessments for physical therapy.

These are established tests or clinical measurement methods, not a claim that all are currently fully automatable from a single RGB camera.

Remote follow-up with safety rules

Selected mobility and ROM tasks may support guided home follow-up after screening for safety and framing. Fall-prone patients require assistance.

The software must reject poor-quality captures. Repeated tests should be compared only when protocol version, equipment, assistance and camera conditions are compatible.

Reviewable results

From camera capture to a structured medical record.

Clinic app, selected guided-home follow-up or a healthcare-platform API — all designed around clinician-confirmed measurements and explicit quality metadata.
