30-Second Chair Stand
Count completed chair stands under the CDC STEADI protocol. The first demonstration of event recognition, quality review and repeat visits.
MedMeters is building a camera-assisted assessment workflow that helps physical therapists capture standardized measurements, review uncertain events, compare visits and prepare documentation — without moving to another medical record system.

One protocol starts the validation. The proposed sellable product is a repeatable assessment workflow — not a counter for one movement.
Count completed chair stands under the CDC STEADI protocol. The first demonstration of event recognition, quality review and repeat visits.
Time five complete transitions using the defined version of the 5xSTS protocol.
Capture the standard stand–walk–turn–return sequence with clinician-supervised safety checks.
Measure active knee flexion and extension with a validated camera-positioning protocol.
Planned capabilities: the complete clinical measurement accuracy and allowed use conditions must be validated test by test. The first pilot does not require all four protocols to be implemented.
The proposed workflow is designed around work clinicians already do — not an extra standalone dashboard.
Run a familiar clinical protocol with a standard camera setup.
Inspect flagged or ambiguous movements rather than trusting an opaque count.
Check protocol comparability and change from one or more prior visits.
Approve a draft clinical note and export it to the existing patient record.
The target output brings the measurement, quality flags, comparable history and a documentation draft into one clinician-reviewable result.

Patient completed 12 full stands in 30 seconds, compared with 9 at baseline. One additional event requires review and was excluded from the draft count. Testing conditions and comparability remain subject to confirmation.
We are looking for outpatient rehabilitation practices to help define and evaluate a focused clinical pilot. The first test validates the workflow; a small functional assessment battery is the product direction.
MedMeters grows out of applied computer vision work at Keepriot: clinical video review in ScanChild, multi-camera 3D reconstruction in Fight.Vision, body scanning in ScanCustom and longitudinal visual feedback in RepCoach.
